The role we need to fill:

Join our team as an Amateur Licensing Representative. As the first point of contact for many of the schools, studios, and community theatres who license MTI titles, the Amateur Licensing team plays a vital role here at MTI and within the communities we serve.

Responsibilities include:

· - Customer account management, with heavy phone and email correspondence with customers

· - Quoting performance royalties, materials costs, and additional product pricing

· - Resolving customer inquiries related to production rights, order fulfillment, and product availability

· - Processing executed licensing contracts and payments

· - Providing light technical support for website navigation and digital product resources

· - Additionally, some travel may be required to various conferences, usually 1-2 times per year

You ideally have the following:

· - Customer service experience in a high-volume environment

· - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· - Proficiency in customer service and problem solving

· - Self-motivated individual who works well with others

· - Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

· - Fluency in a Windows-based computer environment (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

· - Knowledge or love of musical theatre, the MTI Catalog, and theatrical resources (preferred)
