We are seeking an Audio/Video Supervisor to oversee the audio/video department for all shows, programming, and rentals.
Responsibilities include collaborating with technical department heads, designers, and directors, hiring and supervising crews, tracking labor, maintaining equipment, rentals, and budgets. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to plot preparation, running load-ins and strikes, and equipment maintenance. Position requires understanding of the following: QLab, Yamaha Consoles, Mac OS, Windows, Isadora, Watchout, ProTools, MSC, OSC.
Candidates must be capable of setting up mix positions, orchestras/bands, wired and wireless intercom, and wired and wireless microphone systems, system and equipment troubleshooting and repair skills, strong communication skills, possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, be able to and comfortable with climbing ladders, work at heights for prolonged periods of time, a valid driver’s license required (subject to a motor vehicle record check).
3 - 5 years professional theatre audio and video experience preferred, but all applicants will be considered. Annual starting salary range is $45K - $50K plus benefits.
