Benefit / Sales Representatives help union members identify and achieve
their financial goals. through education of financial services products
including but not limited to Life Insurance, Accident/Disability,
College planning Etc....
Offer comprehensive array of financial products to help clients develop
a sound, long-term financial strategy through their union membership
Answer phone calls from clients to provide excellent customer service
Deliver policies to union members once approved
Organize and develop weekly schedules that best suits clients
Support culture change through assistance with internal communication
and collaboration including workshops, roadshows, newsletters/articles,
· Candidates within New York’s five boroughs preferred
· For a Financial Sales Representative, we require highly motivated,
entrepreneurial individuals who are willing to invest their time and
energy into creating profitable and rewarding careers.
· The candidate we seek must possess uncompromising integrity and the
ability to communicate complex ideas.
· Life and Health Licence preferred or willing to obtain
Training and Professional Development:
· Two week training program, full union and marketing support, as well
as technical assistance.
· Mentorship with Senior Managers, established agents and Executives
who will assist you
