DESCRIPTION

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (STNJ) is seeking Box Office Sales Associates to ensure an exceptional front-of-house experience for a diverse and growing patron base. Associates will assist patrons with their ticket purchase needs ranging from seat selection to dining recommendations to providing directions.

We are preferably seeking individuals with a background in sales/customer service with excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will have box office experience and experience with ticketing software. Experience with Theatre Manager is a plus. Various daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available.

Position is seasonal, part-time, $15 an hour, starting ASAP. Weekly hours will vary and there is a potential opportunity for full time hours on an as-needed basis. STNJ’s producing season runs from April-December. Qualified candidates should submit cover letter, resume, and (3) three references to:
