We strive to continuously push the limits to bring our customers cutting-edge products that will help them in every aspect of their lives.  We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Casting Director.  As the Casting Director, you will manage talent from A - Z.

We are currently seeking an experienced Casting Director to join our content team full time. As Casting Director you will be responsible for identifying future talent, auditions, and hiring of all trainers on our platform. Our ideal candidate must have the ability to identify future talent who possess the “it” factor, and expert knowledge of arranging and conducting interviews and auditions, as well as negotiating contracts with talent agencies.



  • Elevate the overall caliber of talent on our platform

  • Discovers, and identifies potential new talent who possess the “it” factor and confidently suggest projects appropriate for their success 

  • Understands the vision of senior leadership and ensures these visions are executed 

  • Discovers new talent presenting them to Producers for future projects 

  • Organize and conduct auditions all over the world

  • Responsible for the creation and adherence of the talent budget 

  • Schedule and book trial shoots with potential new talent 

  • Negotiate rates and usage

  • Execute agreements directly with talent or talent agent

  • Work with the producers to fulfill the needs of each project

  • Identify white space on our platform and suggest the best talent and strategies to fill the need

  • Have a good grasp on current fitness trends


Who you will be working with

  • Reports to Head of Production and Head of Casting and Talent Relations

  • Works closely with staff Casting team, and Producers, Master Trainer, and Trainers



  • Must work on location in Logan, Utah

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in casting, television/video production preferred

  • Exceptional presentation skills - must be prepared to present to C-Suite with minimal notice

  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Organize and facilitate the casting of actors

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Positive attitude, team player

  • Precise attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • Must be willing to travel
