We are hiring for a full time office administrator position at an award winning, warm wellness oriented physical therapy practice in Manhattan. Job duties entail reception (scheduling, answering phone calls, perform data entry and processing), administration (communication with billing department and insurance companies, maintain medical records, reconcile account information), and marketing to referral sources.  

Experience working in a wellness, fitness or medical office is a positive but not necessary. Being well organized, having good interpersonal and computer skills, and the ability to prioritize will be essential.
