Chelsea Table + Stage and Sandbar Rooftop are looking for enthusiastic and motivated servers, hosts, and maitre d to join our team.Chelsea Table + Stage is a multi-outlet venue located in Chelsea's fashion district, seeking to provide upscale hospitality and service for guests. General Requirements and Responsibilities:
- works well in high volume environments
- knowledgeable about venue and upcoming shows to discuss/promote with guests
- welcoming and serving guests with exceptional customer service
- checking in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
- independently handling concerns and involving management with tact when necessary
- positive attitude, especially when handling conflict
- working well with team members and independently to problem-solve
- working with management to provide feedback on improving the guest experience
- reliable and trustworthy
Previous hospitality or serving experience is a plus!
