Subscription Sales Representative (part-time)
REPORTS TO: Subscription Coordinator
The Paper Mill Playhouse is seeking a part-time Subscription Sales and Customer Service Representative. Successful candidate will provide sales support and customer service for our theatre patrons. Strong communication skills, PC literacy and customer service aptitude required.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
· Staff the subscription hotline, process subscription renewal, new acquisition, and single ticket sales.
· Provide customer service with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor and a positive attitude.
· Troubleshoot individual customer issues and help them navigate through proper channels.
· Provide information on all Paper Mill programming, policies and procedures.
· Advise our guests on how they can participate in our organization as Members or Donors.
· Process and file internal orders from within the organization.
· Be able to work well with others in a fast paced environment.
· In person sales/customer service during performances.
· Excellent communications skills.
· Experience with credit card, cash, and check transactions.
· Experience with SRO4 and Tessitura ticketing systems a plus.
· Flexible hours Monday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm.
