DESCRIPTION

• Provide exceptional levels of service, so that every patron has an enjoyable and memorable experience.
• Assist with any Front of House tasks assigned.
• Ensure that the house is ready to open by assisting to prep playbills and inserts and any other prep, in conjunction with the Front of House team to open the lobby and Gatsby Mansion to the public.
• Assist any guests that require assistance getting into the venue.

• Previous theater experience preferred but not required
• Flexible availability to accommodate show schedules and any additional events; afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays required.
• Have a valid NYC certification for Indoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel (F03) or willing to get certified within two weeks of being hired.

• Excellent communication and a welcoming demeanor.
• Outgoing, friendly, and courteous
• Be proactive in your duties
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Knowledge of foreign language(s) is a plus
