With a cast including Michael Ball, Alfie Boe, Carrie Hope Fletcher and Matt Lucas, Les Misérables temporarily transfers to the Gielgud Theatre for the awe-inspiring All-Star Staged Concert. Boublil & Schönberg’s musical crusade arrives at the Gielgud for a limited sixteen-week run while its London home, The Queen’s Theatre, undergoes essential maintenance. The Gielgud Theatre production thus runs from 10 August – 30 November 2019.

SYNOPSIS: Relentless policeman Javert pursues escaped convict Jean Valjean over decades through the tumult of revolutionary France. Valjean becomes a mayor, agrees to raise the daughter of dying prostitute and joins the fight for freedom. Based on Victor Hugo's epic novel.

Cast: Alfie Boe, John Owen-Jones, Michael Ball, Matt Lucas, Carrie Hope Fletcher, Katy Secombe, Rob Houchen, Bradley Jaden, Shan Ako, Lily Kerhoas

*John Owen- Jones will perform the role of Jean Valjean three times a week.
