Casino Theatre

The Casino Theatre opened on October 21, 1882, the first legitimate theatre house in the present-day theatre district. This theatre housed great musical hits such as The Earl and the Girl, which premiered a song by a budding Jerome Kern. It was demolished in the early 1930s.
