59E59 Theaters welcomes the addition of After, a new play by Daniel's Husband playwright Michael McKeever, to its 2019 winter lineup. Directed by Joe Brancato, performances will begin March 12 ahead of a March 17 opening.

In After, parenting, bullying, and its fallout are explored. The play follows the journey of two families before a terrible incident, in the moments leading up to the event, and after, as they pick up the pieces once the news cameras have gone home.

The production will feature a cast made up of Denise Cormier (The Graduate), Jolie Curtsinger (The Fall to Earth), Michael Frederic (The Lucky One), Mia Matthews (Mizlansky/Zilinsky), and Bill Phillips (House of Cards).

The limited engagement is scheduled through April 14.

The design team for After is made up of Brian Prather (scenic design), Martin E. Vreeland (lighting design), Gregory Gale (costume design), and William Neal (original music and sound design). The production stage manager is Michael Palmer.
