News 9MM America, Documentary Theatre Production About Gun Violence, Plays Robert Moss Theatre 9MM America, which is currently playing the Robert Moss Theatre through June 19, is part of the Planet Connections Theater Festivity.

Directed by Ashley Marinaccio and written by Girl Be Heard members, 9MM America explores the topic of gun violence in the United States, told through a company of young female performers.

"Written and performed by ten young women, this documentary theatre production is the real story of our girls’ experience with gun violence — from gang warfare to cross fire deaths of family members," press notes state.

The Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, a New York eco-friendly and socially-conscious theatre, music and film festival, runs through June 23 at the Robert Moss Theatre (440 Lafayette Street) and the Gene Frankel Theatre (24 Bond Street).
