News A Chorus Line Continues Wednesday Talkbacks into April The revival of A Chorus Line will continue its Wednesday talkback series into April, with talkbacks on April 4, 11, 18 and 25, following the 8 PM performances on each night.

The talkbacks give audience members a chance to ask the stars of the show about the characters they play and about the performers' own experiences acting on Broadway.

A Chorus Line began previews Sept. 18, 2006, and opened October 5 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. The revival is directed by Bob Avian, who co-choreographed the original production with its director, the late Michael Bennett. For the revival, Baayork Lee re-staged the original choreography.

The cast includes Ken Alan (Bobby), Brad Anderson (Don), Michael Berresse (Zach), Natalie Cortez (Diana), Charlotte d'Amboise (Cassie), Mara Davi (Maggie), Jessica Lee Goldyn (Val), Deidre Goodwin (Sheila), Tyler Hanes (Larry), James T. Lane (Richie), Paul McGill (Mark), Heather Parcells (Judy), Michael Paternostro (Greg), Alisan Porter (Bebe), Jeffrey Schecter (Mike), Yuka Takara (Connie), Jason Tam (Paul), Chryssie Whitehead (Kristine) and Tony Yazbeck (Al), plus Michelle Aravena, David Baum, Mike Cannon, E. Clayton Cornelious, Dylis Croman, Joey Dudding, Lyndy Franklin, Nadine Isenegger, Pamela Jordan, Jessica Lea Patty and Grant Turner.

A Chorus Line has a book by James Kirkwood and Nicholas Dante, music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by the late Edward Kleban, who later became the subject of the Broadway show A Class Act.

The original production of A Chorus Line opened at the Public Theater's Newman Theater on May 21, 1975, and transferred to Broadway's Shubert Theatre on July 25. The musical won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, along with nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book.
