Originally scheduled to begin performances Nov. 5, the limited engagement will now commence Nov. 7 at 7 PM.
“Due to the storm, the company has lost important rehearsal time on stage,” said producer Gerald Goehring in a statement. “In order to assure that the company gets the necessary time that they need to rehearse at the Lunt-Fontanne, we have decided to reschedule our first performance. We will launch our run on Wednesday November 7, which was to be our 2nd public performance.”
All tickets purchased for the Nov. 5 performance are eligible for exchange for a later performance date (subject to availability). If tickets were purchased at the Lunt Fontanne Box Office, return original tickets to the Box Office. For ticket purchases via Ticketmaster via phone or online, your credit card will be refunded automatically within 7-10 business days. For any other issues, contact the customer service information included with your tickets.

* A Christmas Story has a score by Richard Rodgers Award-winning Dogfight songwriters Justin Paul and Benj Pasek, and a book by Joseph Robinette. The musical also features orchestrations by 2011 Tony nominee Larry Blank (Catch Me If You Can, The Drowsy Chaperone, White Christmas), musical supervision by Ian Eisendrath and dance arrangements by Glen Kelly.
Tony-winning director John Rando (Urinetown) and Tony-nominated choreographer Warren Carlyle (Chaplin, Follies, An Evening With Hugh Jackman) helm the production.
