Following the success of his Pulitzer Prize-winning August: Osage County, Tracy Letts brings his latest play Superior Donuts to the Music Box Theatre on Sept. 16.  The comedy-drama tells the story of the proprietor of a decrepit Chicago donut shop and his African-American teenage employee who attempts to change the shop for the better.

Just as with his previous work, Donuts began life at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre Company.  Tina Landau directs the entire original cast, featuring Michael McKean, Jon Michael Hill, Yasen Peyankov and James Vincent Meredith.
