Due in December, photographer Tim Hailand's tome is the first in a series of "One Day in the Life of" books. Each book, according to press notes, will "give an intimate glimpse in the day to day lives of well known figures from the arts and entertainment industry as well as public figures." The first book spotlights stage and screen star Daniel Radcliffe, who was photographed Jan. 13, 2009, during his Broadway run in Equus.

The book comprises 50 black and white and color images of the young actor. Hailand hopes the book will give the reader "greater insight into Radcliffe as a person as well as a creative and reflective thinker." Notes were penned by Radcliffe, who offers "a personal perspective of each image and its relevance in that day."

The book will be available in December by visiting www.onedayinthelifeof.org.

Hailand will donate a portion of all book sales to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. There will also be a limited edition of 150 slipcased editions of the book, signed by both Radcliffe and Hailand, 100 of which will be donated to BC/EFA.
