Cost of Living, Maryna Majok’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play, began performances at the Hampstead Theatre in London on January 24, ahead of a January 31 opening. The production, directed by Edward Hall, is scheduled to run through March 2.

The drama follows the lives of four people: Eddie (Olivier winner Adrian Lester), an unemployed truck driver; Ani (Katy Sullivan, who created the role of Ani in the Williamstown Theatre Festival and Manhattan Theatre Club productions), his ex-wife who is left quadriplegic after a tragic accident; John (Jack Hunter), who has cerebral palsy; and Jess (Emily Barber), his new caregiver.
