Serenbe Playhouse in Georgia continues its 10th anniversary season with a revival of the musical Hair, July 3–August 18. The theatre company, which first staged Hair in its fourth season, revives the Galt MacDermot, Gerome Ragni, and James Rado musical in a newly conceived incarnation ahead of the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock music festival.
Helemd by Serenbe Playhouse Artistic Director Brian Clowdus, the production stars Adante Carter as Berger, Zane Phillips as Claude, Casey Shuler as Sheila, Leo Thomasian as Woof, Terrence Smith as Hud, Shannon McCarren as Jeanie, Alexandria Joy as Dionne, Brooke Bradley as Crissy, and Stephanie Zandra as Ronnie. Rounding out the cast are Cullen Gray, Erik Abrahamsen, Jeremy Gee, Karley Renee, Jessica DeMaria, Zuri Petteway, Megan Odell, Micah Patterson, Brandon Smith, and Barry Westmoreland.
