News Address Unknown Added to George Street Playhouse Season Kressmann Taylor's Address Unknown will fill the previously unannounced fifth spot on the 2004-05 George Street Playhouse season.

Address Unknown, based on Taylor's 1938 novella of the same name, will play the New Jersey theatre March 15-April 10. The play, set in 1932, will follow the George Street's starry production of Ken Ludwig's Lend Me a Tenor, which plays Feb. 8-March 6 with a cast that includes Alison Fraser and Mary Testa, Romain Frugé, Michael Cyril Creighton, Alix Elias, Garrett Long, Peter Maloney and Patrick Quinn.

Address Unknown is a World War II Holocaust drama that chronicles the friendship between two business partners in a San Francisco gallery. According to production notes, "Martin Shulze, a German-born Aryan, has returned to Germany with his wife and children and become established in his homeland; Max Eisenstein, a German-born Jew remains in San Francisco to run the gallery. Address Unknown consists of exchanges between the two men. As the  Nazi Party rises to power, the two cherished friends become ideological enemies — one committing a cowardly act of betrayal which irrevocably changes the lives of both men, and the relationship between them."

The George Street Playhouse is located in New Brunswick, NJ, at 9 Livingston Avenue. Tickets are available by calling the box office at (732) 246-7717. Visit www.gsponline.org for more information.
