News Aesop's Fables, New Children's Musical, to Play Circle in the Square March 20-21 Two performances of Aesop's Fables, a new musical for children, will be presented March 20-21 at 10 AM at Circle in the Square Theatre, which is currently home to the revival of The Miracle Worker.

The new musical features a mix of classic Aesop tales, including "The Boy Who Cried Wolf," "The Hare and the Tortoise," "The Fox and the Crow" and "The Lion and the Mouse." Aesop's Fables was penned by Joziah Longo (music & lyrics) and Michael Milligan (book). Theodore Mann directs.

The musical was created with Circle in the Square Theatre School (CITSTS), which was founded in 1963 and is a two-year acting and music program attended by college and university graduates from around the world. Among its alumni are Philip Seymour Hoffman, Kevin Bacon, Idina Menzel, Benicio Del Toro and Kristen Johnson.

Circle in the Square Theatre is located in Manhattan at 50th Street and Broadway. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children; for reservations call (212) 307-0388.
