Dirty Shorts explores "two bawdy stories [Williams] wrote that celebrate sexual fulfillment as political expression." Williams wrote the short pieces in the 1970's. The event begins at 5 PM.
Fraser (The Secret Garden, Gypsy, The Divine Sister) joins previously announced Lortel Award winner Michael Urie (The Temperamentals, Angels in America, "Ugly Betty"). A reason was not provided for Worley's departure from the event.
Fraser will read "'Miss Coynte of Greene,' the tale of a scandalous Mississippi Delta spinster crossing the color line," while Urie is slated to read "'The Killer Chicken and the Closet Queen,' about a staid Wall Street lawyer who meets his match in a teen-aged boy fresh from the Ozarks."
