Classic Arts News American Ballet Theatre Opens Its New York Fall Season at City Center American Ballet Theatre opens its annual autumn season at New York City Center tonight with a gala performance at 6:30 pm.
The company's City Center performances continue through November 5, with repertoire including (among other works) Twyla Tharp's debonair duo Sinatra Suite, George Balanchine's legendary Symphonie Concertante, Lar Lubovitch's Meadow, Mark Morris's Drink to Me Only With Thine Eyes, and a world premiere by the exciting Finnish choreographer Jorma Elo.
