News Ann Arbor's Performance Network Names New Directors The adjective "interim" was stripped from Carla Milarch and David Wolber, who were named new artistic director and executive director, respectively, of Performance Network, the adventurous little professional theatre in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The Performance Network board voted Dec. 2 to make Milarch and Wolber official successors to former directors Daniel C. Walker and Johanna Broughton, who left last summer to pursue other ventures. Up until that time, Carla Milarch was the development director and David Wolber was the marketing director of Performance Network.

Performance Network was founded in 1982 a house that offered space to local troupes and artists and, over the years, created its own series of quirky, edgy plays, including world premieres.
