P+H Productions in association with Provincetown Counter Productions present the world premiere of the play, which will be staged by Susan Grilli. Producers are hoping for a future commercial New York life for the play. Performances will take place at Provincetown's Town Hall. An opening night has not been set.

Golden (Xanadu, The Shaggs) will be joined by the previously announced Sean Maddox, Angela C. Howell and Ethan Paulini. Additional casting and creative details will be announced shortly.

According to PCP, "In The Common Swallow, a big city businesswoman returns to her childhood home in America's heartland. In her attempts to solve her family's issues, she discovers that you can never fully come back to the past, no matter where or how simply it may have started. Family values, struggles with growth and facing the ever-changing trials of life all root this Midwestern dramatic comedy that reminds us what is most important."

Tickets will go on sale in August.
