The 7:30 PM concert includes the talents of Jai Rodriguez, Raúl Esparza, Freda Payne, Maurice Hines, Carol Woods, Paulette Ivory, Kimberley Locke, Lucy Lawless, Susan Anton, Bruce Vilanch, B.D. Wong, Joey McIntyre, Carole Cook, Mary Jo Catlett, Jason Graae, Valarie Pettiford, Cate Caplin, Gary Franco and most of the cast of the San Francisco production of Jersey Boys. David Galligan directs the largest annual AIDS benefit concert, which is presented by The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation, a non-profit organization established to raise funds for AIDS service provider agencies. Michael Orland is the evening's musical director.

This year's beneficiaries include Aguilas, AIDS Legal Referral Panel, Maitri, STOP AIDS Project and Vital Life Services, Oakland.
