News Anthony Rapp's One-Man Show Is Coming to Massachusetts Anthony Rapp (Rent, If/Then) will bring his one-man musical journey Without You to Babson College Sept. 9-13. The show will be presented by Commonwealth Shakespeare Company.

Without You, which is based on Rapp's memoir "Without You: A Memoir of Love, Loss and the Musical Rent," is his recounting of his initial audition for Rent, the sudden death of composer Jonathan Larson and his relationship with his mother, who was battling cancer while all of this was happening.

Rapp recently directed a production of Rent at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has created "BroadwayCon," a convention for theatre fans, which will be held in New York City Jan. 22-24, 2016.

Rapp will be joined in Massachusetts by Jerry Marotta on drums, David Malachowski on guitar, Paul Gill on bass, Dan Weiss, the original pianist for Rent and Peter Sachon on cello.
