News Ars Nova 2011 Season Will Include Brunstetter World Premiere Bekah Brunstetter's Be A Good Little Widow will receive its world premiere Off-Broadway at Ars Nova in April 2011. The hub for new works and voices in theatre has also announced programming for the coming season.

The season will begin Feb. 1-12, 2011, with The Wii Plays presented by the 2011 Play Group, Ars Nova's young playwrights collective. The works will be inspired by the popular Nintendo game series.

The Play Group will include  Joshua Allen, Rachel Bonds, Jon Kern, Josh Koenigsberg, Michael Mitnick, Kim Rosenstock and Sharyn Rothstein join second-year members Chad Beckim, Jenny Connell, Kara Lee Corthron, Molly Smith Metzler and Joe Tracz.

Stephen Brackett will stage Ars Nova 2010 playwright-in-residence Brunstetter's Be A Good Little Widow, April 20-May 14, 2011.

Also planned are the 54/10 Music Marathon (June 14-15, 2011); a new, world-premiere work from Ars Nova's newly-appointed resident theatre troupe, the Berserker Residents  (Aug. 30-Sept. 24, 2011); and the 30-show new talent festival ANT Fest (Oct. 17-Nov. 19, 2011).

In addition to the Berserkers, Ars Nova's 2011 artists-in-residence will include Dave Malloy (composer-in-residence) and Kim Rosenstock (playwright-in-residence). Ars Nova is located in Manhattan at 511 West 54th Street. For tickets phone (212) 977-1700 or visit ArsNova.
