News Art People Premieres Nov. 30 at Players Theater Mark E. Leib's play Art People, about the identity and psychology of contemporary artists, runs at The Players Theater Nov. 30-Dec. 17. Opening night is Dec. 3.

As part of the production, teams of actors and designers from the production will roam around New York City confronting passersby with the question, "Do we matter?" The play delves into the lives of six artists: a dancer, a composer, a painter, a writer, an actor and a musician. Tony Giordano directs the play, which is the first production of the Committed Theatre Company. The cast includes Shelley Ebner, Don Harvey, John Kaisner, Mihaela Mihut, Charlie Moss and Lauren Stocks.

Giordano's credits include Mixed Emotions on Broadway and G.R. Point Off-Broadway.
