The title composition is a 45-minute instrumental work commissioned by London's Tate Modern museum and inspired by Anish Kapoor's massive sculpture Marsyas. It is performed by the Stuttgart Radio Symphony, conducted by Andrey Boreyko; pianist Alexei Lubimov is the soloist. The Hilliard Ensemble also appears on the CD, performing P‹rt's vocal work Da Pacem Domine.

Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Ensmble's Silk Road Journeys: Beyond the Horizon remained at number one; Andr_ Rieu's Tuscany was again at number two.

Movers included the soundtrack to the film Master and Commander, which jumped from number eight to number five in its 95th week on the chart. The 5 Browns' debut album dropped from number three to number seven.

On the classical-crossover chart, both Il Divo's self-titled debut and Josh Groban's Closer enjoyed increased sales; the two albums remained at numbers one and two, respectively. The Irish Tenors' Heritage jumped from number 24 to number 11 in its 57th week on the chart.
