Part of the New York Pops series created by founder Skitch Henderson, the 8 PM concert in the Isaac Stern Auditorium will also feature the talents of Noah Racey, Susan Derry and pianist Catherine Wilson. Rob Fisher is the guest conductor for the Loesser evening, which is titled Frank Loesser: The Most Happy Fella. Concertgoers can expect to hear tunes from Guys and Dolls, The Most Happy Fella, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and "Hans Christian Andersen."

Brent Barrett received an Olivier Award nomination for his role in the London company of Kiss Me, Kate, and his other theatrical credits include the Broadway productions of Chicago, Annie Get Your Gun and Candide. Barrett received a Los Angeles Drama Critics Award for his work in the L.A. production of Chicago and has been seen Off Broadway in Closer Than Ever, March of the Falsettos, The Death of Von Richtofen, The Time of the Cuckoo and Portrait of Jenny. His television and film appearances include "Hercules," "Longtime Companion," "All My Children," "Another World" and "Guiding Light."
Emily Skinner received a joint Tony Award nomination — with co-star Alice Ripley — for her performance in Side Show. Skinner's other Broadway credits include Jekyll & Hyde, James Joyce's The Dead, The Full Monty and Dinner at Eight. She was also recently part of the cast of the Disney musical On the Record.
Born June 29, 1910, Frank Loesser was a producer, lyricist, composer, writer and musical supervisor. His most famous musicals include Guys and Dolls, The Most Happy Fella, Where's Charley? and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Loesser also wrote The Illustrators' Show and Greenwillow, the score to the film "Hans Christian Andersen" as well as the lyrics for more than 100 films.
