In its place the Pittsfield, MA, venue will present Miller’s 1947 Tony-winning play All My Sons. Artistic director Boyd will direct.
"I am sorry we will not be able to do The Price but absolutely delighted we can produce the play that put Arthur Miller on the map - and a play that is extremely relevant in today's world," stated Boyd.
Performances will run July 19-Aug. 4 with an official opening July 22.
Set in post-World War II, the drama, according to press notes, "examines the relationships between fathers and sons and the price of living the American Dream.
