Entitled Cabaret Gourmet, the fundraiser will celebrate the shared spirit of the culinary and theatre arts with three "acts." Act I, "First Course," will boast dishes prepared by top New York chefs. Among the participating restaurants/chefs are AIX/Jehangir Mehta, AZ/Christian Lomas, Le Bernardin/Eric Ripert, Café Gray/Gray Kunz, Cub Room/Ben Grossman, Hana Pastries/Michael Hu, Marseille/Alex Ureña, Naga/Patricia Yeo and Town/Geoffrey Zakarian. Act II, "Main Dish," will feature a host of artists performing songs, skits and readings as well as a few onstage cooking demonstrations. Those scheduled to perform include Tony Award winner Bebe Neuwirth, playwright Christopher Durang as well as Buck Henry, Anthony Mackie, Jonathan Reynolds, Amy Sacco, Colman Andrews and Food TV chef David Rosengarten.

The final act, "Dessert," is a silent auction. One of the many prizes is a pair of tickets to The Producers with current stars Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick.

The Play Company, launched in 1999, recently presented the world premiere of Smashing. The not-for-profit theatre develops and produces new plays by writers from around the world — including the United States — linking American theatre with world theatre.

Lot 61 is located at 550 West 21st Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues. Tickets, priced at $200, are available by calling (212) 398-2977. The evening begins at 6:30 PM.
