Stage star Betty Buckley, who just completed a run in the Vineyard Theatre production of Nicky Silver's new play, , will begin a cabaret stint March 16 at Manhattan's Cafe Carlyle. Buckley will appear at that Upper East Side nightspot Mar. 16-27. Cats, Carrie, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Sunset Boulevard and Triumph of Love.

Shows will take place twice nightly, at 8:45 PM and 10:45 PM. Call (212) 570-7189 for more information.

As for Buckley's future plans, agent Matthew Sullivan says she is still interested in the upcoming Broadway revival of A Little Night Music. He added, however, that the producers had not made Buckley an offer and are reportedly hammering out a deal with Glenn Close. Close told Playbill On-Line she was "absolutely" going to do the musical.
