News Bob Spiotto Will Show His Shades of Grey in NYC Tribute to Joel Grey Bob Spiotto, the executive producer of Hofstra Entertainment at Hofstra University, will take the stage at New York City's Metropolitan Room for his new show, Shades of Grey: A Tribute to Joel Grey, playing July 31-Aug.1.

Stephen C. Pagano will musically direct and provide accompaniment for Shades of Grey, which will begin at 7 PM July 31 and at 9:30 PM Aug. 1.

Spiotto has followed in Grey's footsteps throughout his career and has performed regionally as the Emcee in Cabaret, George M. Cohan in George M! and John Adams in 1776.

Spiotto's Courting the Jester: A Salute to Danny Kaye, which he recently performed for The New York Sheet Music Society, premiered at Hofstra in 2001 and was presented at Lincoln Center in 2003 in an updated version.
