News Broadway-Aimed Nerds Gets NYC Concert with Wesley Taylor, Lauren Molina and More Nerds, the new Broadway-aimed musical about tech giants Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, is presented in a June 11 sold-out concert at 54 Below. Wesley Taylor and Lauren Molina are among the stars.

The musical, which received 2007 Barrymore Awards for Outstanding New Play and Outstanding Original Music, features book and lyrics by Jordan Allen-Dutton and Erik Weiner (co-creators of The Bomb-itty of Errors, "Robot Chicken") and music by Hal Goldberg (The Children, Ma Vie En Rosewood).

Nerds is choreographed by Josh Bergasse ("Smash," On The Town), with music supervision by Nadia DiGallonardo (Pippin, Hair) and direction by Casey Hushion. Show time is 9:30 PM.

Taylor ("Smash," Rock of Ages) and Molina (Candide, Sweeney Todd, The Skivvies) are joined by Charlie Pollock (Violet, Love’s Labour’s Lost), Laura Dreyfuss (Once, Hair), Raymond J. Lee (Anything Goes, "Smash"), Catherine Ricafort (Cinderella, Honeymoon in Vegas), Blake Segal (Mary Poppins), Benny Elledge (Chicago), Rob Morrison (Avenue Q, Urinetown), Alyse Alan Louis (Mamma Mia, Xanadu) and Kevin Pariseau (Legally Blonde).

Here's how it's billed: "Before Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were the undisputed titans of technology, they were Nerds. Join America's favorite geeks - from garage inventors to Silicon Valley mega-billionaires - on a hilarious musical journey from the floppy disc era to the iPhone phenomenon."
