The annual display of fireworks over the East and Hudson Rivers will begin at 9 PM (ET). Check your local listings. The original musical score will also be broadcast on radio station 1010 WINS. Doug Katsaros (Rocky Horror Show, Footloose) composes an original score (with lyrics and narration by William Schermerhorn) entitled "Beneath a Summer Sky," penned to be synchronized with the Macy's 2004 Fireworks Spectacular!

Recorded by the U.S. Air Force Band of Mid-America, the musical program features Tony Award winner Idina Menzel (Wicked, Rent) singing the title song "Beneath a Summer Sky" with Broadway Inspirational Voices, Adam Pascal (Aida, Rent) and Camp Broadway singing "They Could Lead," Ann Hampton Callaway and Michael Fienstein performing "Independence Day Swing," and opera star Deborah Voight's rendition of "America the Beautiful." Brian Stokes Mitchell (Ragtime, Kiss Me Kate) will provide the narration.

The NBC telecast is hosted by Carson Daly and will also feature musical performances from Aretha Franklin, Sheryl Crow and "American Idol" winner Fantasia Barrino.
