The acclaimed production will play the Las Vegas venue Oct. 7-18 (no performances Oct. 13-14). In a statement Palminteri said, "Ever since I was a young actor, my two biggest dreams were performing on Broadway and in Las Vegas. I am very excited to be doing my show at The Venetian."

Bronx Tale — which Palminteri performed in Los Angeles and Off-Broadway in the late '80s, inspiring the 1993 film of the same name — began previews at Broadway's Walter Kerr Theatre Oct. 4, 2007, and officially opened Oct. 25.

The 18-week run, which had been scheduled to end Feb. 10, was extended through Feb. 24 due to ticket demand. The Zaks-directed production played a total of 19 previews and 108 regular performances.

Go Productions, in association with Jujamcyn Theaters, produced the New York run. The show was one of the many darkened by the 2007 stagehands strike.

In A Bronx Tale, Palminteri plays 18 roles that depict "a rough childhood on Bronx streets populated by a cast of friends and enemies," according to press notes.

Palminteri has also been seen on screen in "The Usual Suspects" and "Bullets Over Broadway"; he received an Academy Award nomination for his work in the latter. Prior to Bronx Tale, his last New York stage appearance was in the 2002 Al Pacino production of The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui.

Tickets are available for purchase at any Venetian Box Office, online at www.venetian.com and by phone at (702) 414-9000. For more information visit www.abronxtaletour.com.
