The evening, according to press notes, will transform the legendary jazz club "into an old-school speakeasy with a new-fangled twist . . . [as] a host of Broadway's most unique personalities will take you back to the days of Billie Holliday, Nina Simone and Bobby Short." Show time is 7 PM. Those scheduled to perform include Lea DeLaria, Kevin Cahoon, Michael Winther, Lisa Jackson, Adam Dugas, Kyle Jarrow and Michael Conley. The singers will be backed by a four-piece band that boasts Michael Vecchio, Mike Jackson, Evan Tazner and Dan Tepfer.
