News Casa Mañana's Hairspray to Star David Coffee, Jennifer Foster, John Arthur Greene David Coffee and Jennifer Foster will be the zaftig mother and daughter duo in Hairspray at the Casa Mañana Theatre beginning Aug. 13 in Ft. Worth, TX.

Helming the Tony Award-musical are director Casey Hushion and choreographer Josh Rhodes. Hushion assistant-directed Elf, In the Heights and The Drowsy Chaperone on Broadway, and Rhodes recently choreographed the starry New York Philharmonic concert of Company.

Coffee will take on the role of Edna Turnblad, with Foster as Tracy. The principal cast will also include John Arthur Greene as Link Larkin, Doug LoPachin as Wilbur, Laura Wetsel as Penny Pingleton, Donell Foreman as Seaweed J. Stubbs, Sainty Reid as Amber Von Tussle, Cara Serber as Velma Von Tussle, Sheran Keyton as Motormouth Maybelle, Sydney Porter as Little Inez, Christopher J. Deaton as H. Spitzer, Jarret Mallon as Corny Collins" and Sarah Gay as Prudy Pingleton.

The Hairspray ensemble will include Aubrey Adams, Ashley Arnold, Jo-Rhea Dalcour, Alyssa Gardner, Adrianna Hicks, Tesia Kwarteng, Hannah Miller, Olivia Sharber, Eean Cochran, Desmond Dansby, Jeremy Dumont, Tanner Hanley, Drew Kelly, Dustin Norris, Darius-Anthony Robinson and Michael Sylvester.

Hairspray has a Tony Award-winning score by Marc Shaiman (music/co-lyricist) and Scott Wittman (co-lyricist) and a Tony-winning book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan.
