A deluxe and a regular version of the recording will be available. Both are two-disc sets. The deluxe will offer bonus DVD with interviews and filmed footage: Expect to go behind the scenes at the soundtrack recording sessions in London, and find interviews with Andrew Lloyd Webber, set designer Bob Crowley and the stars of the show. There is also a "Coney Island Waltz" music video, featuring "this haunting piece of music set to stirring archival film footage of the glory days of Coney Island." A 40-page booklet is part of the package.

The release date is also the London opening night of the show. The run at the Adelphi Theatre in the West End begins Feb. 22. A New York City opening is planned for fall, on Nov. 11.

According to Decca notes, "Love Never Dies continues the story of 'The Phantom,' who has moved from his lair in the Paris Opera House to haunt the fairgrounds of Coney Island, far across the Atlantic. Set ten years after the mysterious disappearance of The Phantom from Paris, this show is a rollercoaster ride of obsession and intrigue...in which music and memory can play cruel tricks...and The Phantom' sets out to prove that, indeed, love never dies."

The original cast album of The Phantom of the Opera has sold more than 40 million copies to date.

Music for Love Never Dies is by Lloyd Webber, lyrics are by Glenn Slater. The Phantom of the Opera, based on the French novel by Gaston Leroux, is a worldwide phenomenon, and has been seen by over 100 million people. The show has been translated into 15 languages and appeared in over 25 different countries including China, Brazil, Poland and Korea.

The Phantom of the Opera opened in London in October 1986, with Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford and just celebrated its 23rd London anniversary this fall.

Ramin Karimloo will create the role of The Phantom in Love Never Dies, having already played the role to great acclaim in London. Sierra Boggess (Broadway's The Little Mermaid) will create the role of Christine.
