Casting has been announced for the George Street Playhouse's upcoming production of Jonathan Larson's tick, tick . . . BOOM!

The three-person musical, which will play the New Jersey theatre March 16-April 11, will feature the talents of Colin Hanlon, Sarah Litzsinger and Stephen Bienskie. David Saint, who is the artistic director of the George Street, will direct the production. Saint originally directed the Larson musical when the late composer performed the show as a one-man rock monologue, Boho Days.

The musical will feature choreography by Christopher Gattelli and musical direction by Randy Cohen. Gattelli choreographed both the Off-Broadway production of tick, tick . . . BOOM! and the show's national tour; Cohen also worked on the Off-Broadway run and music-directed the tour. Matthew Teague Miller will be the show's assistant director. The creative team will also feature scenic design by Anna Louizos, costume design by Brenda King, lighting design by Christopher J. Bailey and sound design by Yin Y Chan.

Colin Hanlon has been seen on Broadway in Rent and Off-Broadway in Pirates of Penzance. Sarah Litzsinger has the distinction of being Broadway's longest-running Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and her other Broadway credits include Amour, Les Misérables and Marilyn, An American Fable. Stephen Bienskie starred Off-Broadway in The Last Session; he was also seen in the national tour of The Who's Tommy.

tick, tick . . . BOOM!, an autobiographical piece from the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning composer of Rent, concerns an artist on the brink of success who is about to turn 30. The original Off-Broadway company featured Raúl Esparza, Amy Spanger and Jerry Dixon.
