News Casting Announced for New Production of Anything Goes at Sheffield's Crucible Theatre; U.K. Tour Will Follow Full casting has been announced for a new production of Cole Porter's Anything Goes that will begin performances at Sheffield's Crucible Theatre Nov. 28 prior to an official opening Dec. 8, for a run through Jan. 17, 2015; it will then embark on an extensive U.K. tour afterwards, beginning performances Jan. 29 at London's Wimbledon Theatre.

Debbie Kurup

Debbie Kurup and Matt Rawle will lead the company as Reno Sweeney and Billy Crocker, respectively, with Stephen Matthews (Lord Evelyn Oakley), Zoë Rainey (Hope Harcourt), Simon Rouse (Elisha Whitney), Hugh Sachs (Moonface Martin) and Jane Wymark (Evangeline Harcourt).

The company will also include Michelle Andrews, Adam Dutton, Anouska Eaton, Jack Evans, Bob Harms, Victoria Hinde, Lauren Jade, Rebecca Jayne-Davies, Michael Lin, Nick Len, Dylan Mason, Joanna Lee Martin, Ryan Pidgen, Adam Rhys-Charles, Rohan Richards, Andy Yau and Alex Young.

From April 6, Kate Anthony and Shaun Williamson will replace Rainey and Sachs, respectively, as Evangeline Harcourt and Moonface Martin.

Kurup has previously appeared at Sheffield in Guys and Dolls. Other stage credits include The Bodyguard (for which she was Olivier-nominated), Chicago, Sister Act, Tonight's the Night and Rent in the West End.

Rawle has previously appeared at Sheffield in Assassins. West End credits include an Olivier-nominated performance in Zorro as well as Cabaret, Hard Times, Les Miserables, Miss Saigon and Evita. Regionally, he has appeared in The Light in the Piazza and Putting It Together. He has appeared at the Menier Chocolate Factory in Pippin and at the Donmar Warehouse in Into the Woods.
