News Casting Announced for NYC Empirical Rogue Workshop of Hamlet The cell will present an Empirical Rogue workshop production of William Shakespeare's Hamlet Aug. 3-4 at New York City's cell—A Twenty First Century Salon.

Directed by David Hammond, the Shakespeare classic will be performed by MFA alums of the ART/MXAT Institute at Harvard, including Jason Beaubien, Zach Bubolo, Doug Chapman, Gardiner Comfort, Nick Crandall, Tim Eliot, Anthony Gaskins, Christian Grunnah, Susannah Hoffman, Adam Kern, Careena Melia and Chris Staley.

Empirical Rogue, a company comprising alumni from the American Repertory Theatre/Moscow Art Theatre Institute for Advanced Theatre Training, is dedicated to "great stories, well told." In Hamlet, the company "aims to rediscover the heart-stopping thriller" through "rigorous research and courageous playing."
