Oscar Wilde Salome opens at the Adolpho Bloch Theatre in Rio -- June 13. Salome is directed by Jose Possi Neto. Playing the lead is well-known TV and theatre actress Christiane Torloni. The production also stars Luis Melo, Tuca Andrada, Claudia Schapira, Caco Ciocler, Luis Miranda and others. Director Jose Possi Neto says he hopes to take the same blockbuster audience in his tour in Rio, that the production had in the last season (April-May 97), at The Faap Theatre in Sao Paulo.
