PlayBlog Christine Pedi (and Liza and Carol) Goes Gaga (and Beyonce) with "Telephone" Remake (Video) Forbidden Broadway mimic extraordinaire and cabaret star Christine Pedi recently filmed a remake of the Lady Gaga-Beyonce duet “Telephone.” Pedi takes both leads in the song, performing in character as Liza Minnelli (who does the Gaga part, naturally), and Carol Channing (who shows up in Beyonce’s place to rescue Liza/Gaga from prison - Who else could do it?).

The video (which also features Sidney Myers, Maya Days and a gaggle of prison dancers) is directed by Michael Duling and Maria Traversa, and includes a plug for Pedi’s summer gig at the Post Office Cabaret in Provincetown, MA.
