News Curvy Widow Star Cybill Shepherd to Chat at Post-Show Talkbacks Screen star Cybill Shepherd will take part in post-show talkback sessions following performances of the solo show Curvy Widow at San Francisco's Post Street Theatre.

Billed as "Curvy Conversations with Cybill Shepherd," the special events will take place at the conclusion of Thursday night performances (Feb. 14, 21, 28 and March 6). Audience members will have the chance to submit questions before the show to be answered by the star.

Scott Schwartz directs the Bobby Goldman work which began Jan. 24 and opened Feb. 3 for a limited engagement through March 9.

The new comedy follows "the hilarious exploits of a fifty something widow whose modern adventures in internet dating reveal unexpected truths about life, love — and sex," according to press notes.

Shepherd is known for her film turns in "The Last Picture Show," "The Heartbreak Kid," "Taxi Driver," "Chances Are" and the television series "Moonlighting" and "Cybill." She has also appeared as Martha Stewart in NBC's "Martha Stewart, Inc." and CBS' "Martha Stewart: Behind Bars" as well as Showtime's "Open Window" and "The L Word." On the stage, Shepherd has been seen in productions of Shot in the Dark, The Seven Year Itch, Last of the Red Hot Lovers, Lunch Hour, Vanities and Picnic.

Director Schwartz has staged Broadway's Golda's Balcony, Jane Eyre (co-directed with John Caird) and Off-Broadway's Bat Boy: The Musical, The Foreigner, Miss Julie, No Way to Treat a Lady and tick, tick. . .Boom! He has also directed regional productions at the Alley Theatre, Papermill Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, Pasadena Playhouse, Theatreworks and North Shore Music Theatre.

The design team for Curvy Widow features David C. Woolard (set and costume), Michael Gilliam (lighting), Sten Severson and Mark Bennett (sound) and Michael Clark (projection). Bennett also provides original music.
