The Space Tour, which began Nov. 4 in Ann Arbor, MI, features a cast of StarKid veterans performing hits from the company's original musicals A Very Potter Musical and A Very Potter Sequel—both of which starred Criss as Harry Potter—as well as Me and My Dick and Starship.

Appearing on The Space Tour are Jaime Lyn Beatty, Brian Holden, Lauren Lopez, Joey Richter, Dylan Saunders, Meredith Stepien and Joseph Walker.

Criss tweeted that he would join The Space Tour earlier than expected. He plays the Nov. 25 House of Blues concerts at 2 PM and 8 PM as well as the previously announced Nov. 26 New York City concerts, held at noon and 5 PM at Irving Plaza.

An additional NYC performance has been added Nov. 27 at 4 PM at the Gramercy Theatre, but Criss is not confirmed to appear. The Gregory Brothers (Auto-Tune the News) will be the special guests.

The StarKids are accompanied by a four-piece band featuring Charlene Kaye on guitar, Clark Baxtresser on keyboard, Mark Swiderski on drums and Carlos Valdes on bass. Opening for Team StarKid is singer-songwriter Charlene Kaye. The Space Tour, directed by Julia Albain, features original music composed by Criss and A.J. Holmes (Young Frankenstein national tour), including “Granger Danger,” “Kick it Up a Notch” and “Ready to Go,” among others.

Other members of the creative team include choreographer Lauren Lopez, music director Clark Baxtresser and production designer Corey Lubowich, with assistance from Sarah Petty.

Since StarKid hit the internet in July 2009 with A Very Potter Musical, the company has reached over 97 million views and 185,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Criss, who will soon make his Broadway debut in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, was known for playing Harry Potter in both A Very Potter Musical and A Very Potter Sequel, for which he contributed to the musical scores. He also conceptualized the story and provided the music and lyrics for the company's most recent musical, Starship.
