News David Ives' School for Lies Extends One Week at Classic Stage Classic Stage Company's sold-out production of David Ives' well-reviewed new comedy, The School for Lies, directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie, originally scheduled to close May 22, will get an extra week of performances, now to May 29.

Inspired by Moliere's The Misanthrope, the Off-Broadway play features Alison Fraser, Mamie Gummer, Jenn Gambatese and Hamish Linklater, as well as Steven Boyer, Frank Harts, Rick Holmes, Hoon Lee and Matthew Maher.

The School for Lies plays Tuesdays through Fridays at 8 PM; Saturdays at 2 PM and 8 PM and Sundays at 2 PM.
