The 7 PM concert, which is part of the "Broadway at Birdland" series, will feature the singing actress backed by the Russ Kassoff Big Band. Kassoff has penned "swinging charts of Broadway favorites," according to press notes, for such songs as "I Enjoy Being a Girl," "Let Me Entertain You" and "My Ship." The concert will also include arrangements by Billy Byers, Sid Ramin, Marc Shaiman and Ron Abel. The concert will be followed by Jim Caruso's weekly Cast Party, an open mic for performers from the Broadway, jazz and cabaret worlds.

Debbie Gravitte was most recently on Broadway playing Matron "Mama" Morton in the hit revival of Kander and Ebb's Chicago at the Ambassador Theatre. The singer/actress received a Tony Award for her performance in Jerome Robbins’ Broadway, and her other Broadway credits include They’re Playing Our Song, Perfectly Frank, Blues in the Night, Zorba, Les Misérables and Ain’t Broadway Grand. Gravitte’s solo recordings include "Defying Gravity," “The MGM Album” and “The Alan Menken Album.”
